Welcome to Safeer. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Payment

- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability.

- We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Visa.

- Prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP/LE) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- Safeer reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

2. Shipping

- Orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are calculated from the date the order is confirmed, not the date it was placed.

- You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate, as Safeer is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

- If a confirmed order is shipped and subsequently returned to Safeer for any reason (e.g. the customer was unavailable to receive it or declined delivery after confirming the order), the customer must pay the full order value in advance before the order can be re-shipped. Failure to do so will result in the order not being re-shipped, and the customer may be blacklisted from placing future orders.
- For orders shipping to governorates outside Cairo and Giza with a total value above EGP 5,000, the customer is required to pay at least the shipping cost in advance (via InstaPay or Visa/Mastercard) before the order is confirmed. Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be confirmed or processed.

3. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been used, assembled, or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- Unused and in the same condition as received

- In its original packaging

- Accompanied by the original invoice

- Complete with all accessories and components included with the original delivery

- If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g. change of mind), **return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility**.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Exchanges

- Products may be exchanged for a different color, size, or item of equal value within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions listed under Returns above.

- If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.

- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability of the requested item.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

- In this case, Safeer will cover the cost of return shipping, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

- This does not apply if the defect resulted from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after use.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

7. Loss of Return/Exchange Rights

You will lose your right to a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

- The product shows signs of use, assembly, or installation

- The product is missing its original packaging, accessories, or invoice

- The defect or damage resulted from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions

Safeer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of Safeer and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Safeer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
