Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and are calculated from the date the order is confirmed, not the date it was placed. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. Safeer is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If a confirmed order is shipped and subsequently returned to Safeer for any reason (e.g. the customer was unavailable to receive it or declined delivery after confirming the order), the customer must pay the full order value in advance before the order can be re-shipped. Failure to do so will result in the order not being re-shipped, and the customer may be blacklisted from placing future orders.

Outside Cairo and Giza – Orders Above EGP 5,000

For orders shipping to governorates outside Cairo and Giza with a total value above EGP 5,000, the customer is required to pay at least the shipping cost in advance (via InstaPay or Visa/Mastercard) before the order is confirmed. Orders that do not meet this requirement will not be confirmed or processed.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery and Visa. Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP/LE) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
