Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product has not been used, assembled, or altered in any way.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the original invoice
Complete with all accessories and components included with the original delivery

If you are returning a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged for a different color, size, or item of equal value within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same conditions listed under Returns above.

If the item you wish to exchange for is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability of the requested item.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

In this case, Safeer will cover the cost of return shipping, and you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

This does not apply if the defect resulted from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear after use.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or made to order products

Loss of Return/Exchange Rights

You will lose your right to a return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

The product shows signs of use, assembly, or installation
The product is missing its original packaging, accessories, or invoice
The defect or damage resulted from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions

Safeer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
